Keep in warming oven with parchment separating each naan while you grill the rest.
TIP – Use only full-fat real coconut milk here. Tetra packs are processed beverage products with coconut milk added and will not work in this recipe.
TIP – Tapioca starch aka tapioca flour is ground from the root of the cassava plant. It is used mainly as a thickener in gluten free cooking.
TIP – Once you have the feel for how these cook up, get two pans going at once to speed up the process.
TIP – For larger groups or crispier naan, brown the naan 2 minutes each side then single layer them on cookie sheets and finish baking them all at once in a 400F oven for about 3 minutes.
