Cover cashews with water & soak 8 hours.
Mix all poaching liquid ingredients in shallow sauce pan and simmer pears on medium heat for 10 minutes cut side down.
Flip pears, cover & simmer 5 minutes more.
Let cool covered.
Drain cashews and blend in small smoothie cup with Qspice & coconut milk until velvety thick.
Refrigerate pears and creamy topping 3 hours before assembling and serving.
