Serve on crudites platter.
TIP – Crudites is an assortment of pretty-cut raw vegetables served as an hors d’oeuvre, usually alongside a dip.
TIP – Make my easy fresh mayonnaise for this recipe.
TIP – Tomato paste and maple syrup may be substituted with 3 Tbls ketchup.
TIP – Brush Qspice Alldip on 60% steamed cauliflower or corn on the cob then finish grilling on bbq at medium heat for about 10 minutes turning a couple times. This gives great flavour and the charred summer eats look.
TIP – Sub half the amount of mayonnaise with an equal amount of Greek yoghurt for a fresher tasting dip to go with crudites.
TIP – Add crumbled blue cheese and let sit for a couple hours for cheese flavour to infuse. Serve with buffalo anything!
TIP – Add horseradish to make a dip for beef shishkebabs or meatballs.
TIP – Nutritional yeast is an inactive yeast that’s a favourite amongst vegans because it’s a source of Vitamin B-12 and has a unique flavour and similarity to parmesan cheese when added to foods. It’s gluten free plus high in protein and fibre!
